In celebration of Thanksgiving here in the United States,

wcredux wants you to recommend your fanworks that center around family and domesticity. One of the things that is so integral to White Collar is that families take many forms, and the strongest families are not formed by blood or by traditional vows.

Remember - you can recommend one of your fanworks for the theme and the fanwork must be at least six months old (i.e., published before May 2016), but the older the fanwork, the better.

Why should people re-read this story?: The idea for this story was originally fleshed out in 2010, shortly after I started writing White Collar fic, but it languished in my WIP folder for almost two years. It still makes me laugh out loud.

It was fun to explore their friendship and what they each bring to the table to make this particular family stronger.

Why should people re-read this story?: It’s a gentle story where not a lot happens, but there’s a lot going on – Peter and Elizabeth are raising puppies. Neal is the mayor of the town. They’ve built a new and very satisfying life. It’s a story about choices and family and love and everything we hold dear. Also, I’ll be writing the “Winter” piece for Fic-Can-Ukah in the coming weeks, and possibly Summer or Fall, too.

My writing is largely pretty gen, so hitting the right notes in the sensuality department was something I was proud of. And I called Mozzie and Storage Wars!
