Special Theme Week - Arrest-i-Versary

In Quantico Closure, Peter tell Neal that he now remembers to celebrate all the important dates in his life, including December 7, the day he arrested Neal Caffrey. For the entire week (December 7 - December 14), wcredux is asking for recommendations for stories featuring Neal's arrest or his time in prison.

Same rules apply to Special Theme Weeks - one story that you've written, and it must be at least six month old (written before June, 2016).
