The holidays are in the air! And if you don’t celebrate - winter is coming (of course, that’s winter in White Collar land, otherwise known as New York City), and

wcredux wants you to recommend your fanworks that center around holidays and wintertime.

Except for Season One, which filmed during the cold, cold months, White Collar is a show that celebrates the endless sunshine and perpetual blue skies of summertime in New York. But even though we didn’t get much of a chance to celebrate the cold and bleakness of winter with our beloved characters in canon, there are many fanworks that did just that.

Remember - you can recommend one of your fanworks for the theme and the fanwork must be at least six months old (i.e., published before June 2015), but the older the fanwork, the better.

Summary: Two years after Sara left for London, she and Neal are reunited once again. As they try to figure out their relationship, they have to overcome obstacles both external and internal. Set post-Season 5, now AU to Season 6.
Why should people re-read this story?: If you’re a Neal/Sara fan like me, then this fic should make you happy. There’s romance (first time I wrote romance as a sort-of central plot), friendship, fun and also a bit of angst. Without spoiling much, I love that this story has a happy ending, for both Neal and Sara; there’s also a case and a bit of travel around Europe. Simply put, it’s one of my personal favorites.

Why should people re-read this story?: Aside from Neal & Diana, the Neal/Sara relationship is my favorite in the Unbreakable 'verse. This story illustrates how dedicated they are to each other, even so soon after the events of Unbreakable – Neal reaches out to Sara at a time when he's having trouble reaching out to anyone, and Sara gives Neal the space that he needs even though she wants badly to do something to comfort him.
